Guiding Leaders is an exciting professional development program that empowers dentists to reach their full potential in business and leadership. Sponsored by Glidewell, the program provides a dynamic environment in which participants can learn, grow, and collaborate.
The Guiding Leaders coursework covers nonclinical topics essential for long-term success in the dental industry. Selected participants will learn how to:
  • Master relational leadership by building connections, fostering collaboration, and strengthening interpersonal dynamics.
  • Implement block scheduling, call flow, capital allocation, site selection, and the calendar that gets you out of the operatory on time.
  • Achieve a financially sound practice through mastering the fundamentals of business management.
  • Become an engaging presenter and speaker by studying the art of storytelling, positive body language, and careful word choice.
  • Build a strong personal brand and leverage social media to establish credibility both online and offline.
  • Increase case acceptance, improve lab communication and expand business opportunities.

Bobbie Norton

Twenty-eight years ago, Bobbie Norton began her career in dentistry as an RDA, gaining hands-on experience in oral surgery, orthodontics, and prosthodontics. Over the past 15 years at Glidewell, Bobbie’s passion for fostering meaningful industry connections has culminated in her current role as director of strategic partner relations. Utilizing strategic insights, she has collaborated on initiatives like the wildly successful Dentistry on the Rise symposium and the Guiding Leaders program. As the director of Guiding Leaders, Bobbie’s work centers on empowering and mentoring dental professionals, helping them navigate their careers while developing essential leadership skills. With four cohorts of Guiding Leaders under her belt, Bobbie brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by practitioners today.

LEILA FEJZAGIC

Leila Fejzagic is executive vice president of customer experience and human resources at Glidewell, where she leads initiatives focused on both employees and customers. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital management, she combines strategic vision with operational expertise to strengthen the employee experience and improve customer satisfaction.

Leila has played a key role in advancing talent development and building a strong, collaborative workplace culture. She is passionate about helping employees grow, building high-performing teams, and creating an environment where people at every level can contribute and succeed.

Marjorie Ambroise

Marjorie joined Glidewell in 2018 as an instructional designer for the learning and development team. Soon after, she began managing Glidewell’s employee leadership programs — LEAD and Executive Leadership. In 2019, she became a member of the cross-functional team that launched the Guiding Leaders program. Marjorie’s passion for learning and organizational growth has guided her career path within the company. In her current position as senior organizational development manager in HR, she designs and implements employee development strategies to foster a high-performing, sustainable workforce and drive long-term success.

Carol Gregory

Carol has a career history in leadership development, communication, team building and change management, gained through her experience with Fortune 500 companies, startups and nonprofits. As the director of learning and development at Glidewell, she oversees the creation and implementation of a variety of educational experiences. Welcoming leaders at all levels, Carol promotes an environment of increased self-awareness, new mindsets and goal achievement.

Britni Aralis

Britni Aralis is a certified practitioner with more than 13 years of experience in education. She specializes in emotional intelligence — including EQ 360 and DISC — leadership, and behavioral assessment tools. Britni has a passion for developing self-aware leaders and building programs that empower individuals and teams to reach their highest performance potential. She has successfully led several leadership programs at Glidewell, developed mentoring programs, and coached leaders to thrive in the ever-evolving corporate landscape.
