With more than 15 years of human resources experience, Leila Fejzagic is a strategic business partner who develops human capital strategies. As executive vice president of human resources at Glidewell, she oversees all aspects of human resources management. Leila is a member of the prestigious international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma, and she earned an executive MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
Bobbie Norton started her career in dentistry as an RDA 25 years ago and uses her experience in dental surgery, orthodontics and prosthodontics to facilitate valuable relationships with industry partners at Glidewell. Her role as director of strategic partner relations is built on more than a decade of service at the company, with previous experience as the managing editor of Chairside® magazine and the project manager for clinical affairs. Today, Bobbie works closely with key opinion leaders and company partners to orchestrate essential programs like the annual Glidewell Symposium and Guiding Leaders.
Marjorie joined Glidewell in 2018 as an Instructional Designer for the Learning and Development team. Soon after, she began managing Glidewell’s employee leadership programs — LEAD and Executive Leadership. Marjorie’s passion for learning and organizational growth has guided her career path within the company. In her current position as the Senior Organizational Development Manager in Human Resources, she leads, designs and facilitates critical strategies and programs to drive a high-performing and sustainable workforce.
Carol has a career history in leadership development, communication, team building and change management gained through her experience with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and non-profits. As the Director of Learning and Development at Glidewell, she oversees the creation and implementation of a variety of educational experiences. Welcoming leaders at all levels, Carol promotes an environment of increased self-awareness, new mindsets and goal achievement.
